It took longer than anticipated – mostly due to me being a lazy arse – but I’ve added four lovely new stories to the site. These are (drum roll please): Cat’s Paw in Ghosts, Until the Darkness Goes in Miscellaneous, and Force of Nature and Lunar Eclipse in Werewolves. Disclaimer: FWB is not responsible for any loss of friends caused by ignoring them as you read these stories non-stop. Mmm kay?
I almost forgot to mention that I’ve sent an email update to those of you who’ve subscribed to the mailing list, so if you think you subscribed but haven’t received an email, please tell me. Don’t forget to add Fiction With Bite to your safe senders list!
Someone (okay, me) has been insanely busy recently and hasn’t had time to update the site for a while. But I’ve been working my arse off, tweaking the layout to make it better and adding some new content (yes, it looks basically the same...but trust me, it’s much better now). I’ll be adding some new stories in a day or two, so be on the lookout for them. <3
There are three brand spanking new stories on the site: A Hell of a Town in Miscellaneous, Darkness Run in Vampires and The Night Café in Magic. They're all amazing, so don't forget to have a look at them. We also have a lovely new affiliate, All Kinds of Luck, whom you should shower with love. I believe the creator is still looking for a couple of judges, so if you have some free time, why not offer to lend a hand?
Hello lovelies, can you believe it's September already?! We have a new affiliate you should definitely check out: Project Fiction, which does what it says on the tin. We also have five new songs on the playlist for you to download (including Monster Love by Goldfrapp, which I am actually obsessed with).
There's a new forum topic all about vampires and the appeal they hold in supernatural literature, so please head over there and give your two cents on the subject. The playlist has been revamped from a simple list to one where you can actually download - yes, download! – the songs on it. Don’t say we never give you anything here. :)
Don’t forget to keep those suggestions coming!
You may have noticed we have a new link under the ‘Site’ navigation: Featured? is for those of you whose story is featured on the site in one of the categories. You can use the graphics there on your profile/website/whatever to prove what a fantastic author you are – so go on, feel free to brag!
Also, I’ve added a few more books to the list, including Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead and The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan. They’re both amazing, so make sure you get your hands on a copy.
